Unicode and FullRecall

Unicode is a character encoding standard that covers all of the writing systems of the world (including Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean), mathematical, music and other symbols, to be represented. FullRecall doesn't support bi-directional text.

FullRecall internally uses UTF-8, a memory-efficient, especially for English language, Unicode representation that is backward compatbile with ASCII. To see properly Unicode characters you have to have installed (in your Operating System) font that covers the needed range of Unicode characters, see this FAQ entry for details.
